60 MINUTE CONSULTATION 

Are you a do-it-yourselfer or just want to do a little at a time? If you are looking for small changes that can make a big impact but just need some direction, our 60 minute consultation could be ideal for you. Consultations are performed on-site (or via web/conference if outside of Ohio). We will walk through your space, address your problem areas and give you ideas that you can implement yourself as your time and budget allows. It will be more helpful for you if you can send photos of your space before we meet. Remember: We only have 60 minutes, so don’t get too ambitious. We will cover a lot of territory, but we can’t design your whole house this way!   This is a one time meeting. If you decide later that you need more help, please inquire if we can fit you into one of our other programs.

 

CONCEPT BOARD 

Have you been in your space for a while, combining households or moving into a new space? Although you have furniture, does it still look vacant? Does nothing you have to put in bookshelves, and on the coffee table, look right or appropriate? Maybe you have a few items, but need more to compliment what you already have. Maybe your rooms don’t reflect your personality or your style, and you really want them to.

After an introductory meeting to take pictures, gather information, and survey your home or rooms you want affected, we will create a concept board of ideas for your space, including retail suggestions. 

 

ROOM STYLING OR STAGING $/Hour + Product

Do you have furniture but the room just does not look complete. Maybe you’d like to stage your home for sale or just want a fresh, new look.  After establishing a budget, we will shop for items to transform your space. From furniture and lighting to art and accessories, we will create a gorgeous, functional space that is balanced and inviting. You pay the retail price for these items and a fee for the design.

FULL SERVICE $Hour + Product

Are you building a new home, remodeling or re-designing a space or spaces in your current home? Our on-location design projects include design, presentations, meetings, project management and more. I am happy to work with you and your home builder, architect or remodel contractor. I also have a contractor that I use and/or can recommend. I am there every step of the way to make sure every design detail is handled with care, because every decision made impacts another. After a construction project is started, we typically visit the site once a week to help us keep tabs on things with a good contractor managing your job. We strongly encourage our clients to keep us involved this way, as that’s the best way to ensure the integrity of the design is achieved.

There’s no denying that this is an exciting process, and we want you to enjoy the experience just as much as we do. Because, after all, this process isn’t only about designing a fabulous space, it’s about the creative journey we’ll take together.

On-location projects involve the following phases:  

1. PROGRAMMING: Determine needs, desires, and budget for project and verify site conditions with measurements, plans, and/or photographs.

2. SCHEMATIC DESIGN: Conceptual design of space, to include general color schemes, samples, pictures, and drawings to suggest design ideas.

3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT: Fine-tuning of approved schematic design.  Drawings, floor plans, and details as necessary are provided. Shopping and showroom visits are done in this phase if necessary. Lighting design and selection of all furnishings, fixtures, and finishes are completed. Budgets are approved before purchases are made.

4. DOCUMENTATION: Proposals for furniture, window treatments, custom pieces, or any other type of furnishings will be completed.

5. INSTALLATION: Site visits are made to verify project quality and progress. Furnishings are delivered and installed.
